Data collected & purposes

Only the information you enter in our forms (contact, orders, table bookings, workshops, job applications): first name, surname, e-mail, phone number and the details of your request. No account is created. This data is used solely to handle your request: reply, quote, preparation of an order or booking, notification about upcoming workshops where you have asked for it, or review of an application. It is never sold or used for advertising purposes.

Legal bases

Processing is based on pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract (orders, quotes, bookings, enrolments), on your consent (workshop waiting list, analytics where applicable) and on our legitimate interest in answering the requests sent to us.

Recipients

Your data is only accessible to the house's team. It transits through our hosting provider (OVH, France) and, for delivering forms to our mailbox, through Web3Forms, whose sole function this is: data passes through its systems for the time of delivery (servers may be located outside the European Union) and is deleted from its systems within 30 days at most. Job applications ("Careers" form) and their attachments (CV, letter) pass in the same way through FormSubmit, solely to deliver them to our mailbox. It is not shared with any other third party.

Retention

Enquiries and quotes: 3 years after the last contact. Orders: for the duration of our accounting and tax obligations (up to 10 years for accounting records). Job applications: a maximum of 2 years after the last contact, unless you request earlier deletion. Cookie choice: 6 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as a right to data portability. To exercise these rights, email us. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This website places only strictly necessary cookies required for its proper operation and to remember your cookie preferences. In accordance with the regulations, these essential cookies do not require your consent.

No analytics or advertising cookies are placed without your prior agreement. If you accept via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure site traffic, with IP anonymisation; this data may be transferred outside the European Union.
