A pastry chef since 2009, trained under Lionel Hautbois and then in the kitchens of palace hotels — from the St. Regis Bora Bora to the Sheraton in New Caledonia. Fifteen years devoted to true flavour, fresh produce and bespoke creation.

Where is Pâtisserie Agathe Olivet? +
Place du Boulidou, 34980 Saint-Clément-de-Rivière, about ten minutes north of Montpellier. Patisserie, tea room and chocolate shop, with in-store pickup for orders.
How far in advance should I order a cake? +
Allow 48 hours for the seasonal menu: an order placed before noon is ready two days later; after noon, allow one extra day. For a bespoke creation, allow at least 72 hours. For a shorter deadline, call the shop on +33 4 67 86 61 81.
Do you make bespoke wedding cakes and choux towers? +
Yes: wedding cakes, choux pastry towers, number & letter cakes, custom cake design, macaron towers and petit-four buffets. By quote within 72 hours, after a private appointment with the chef, for Montpellier and the whole Hérault.
Is the personalised chocolate plaque chargeable? +
No, it is free. Each cake can have its chocolate plaque, house-made with our own chocolate and your message written by hand.
Do you take allergens into account? +
Yes. The allergens of each creation are shown on the menu, and you can flag your allergies when ordering (gluten, eggs, milk, tree nuts, etc.).
Do you deliver? +
No, pickup is in-store in Saint-Clément-de-Rivière. We give you our transport and storage advice. Payment is made on site at pickup.
Can I book a table at the tea room? +
Yes. The tea room is above all a shaded terrace, sheltered from the wind: book a table online to enjoy our drinks and creations on site.

Yes, in the afternoon (3 hours), in a small group (5 people maximum), with the chef, all levels from age 14, with creations to take home. Private workshops on request (birthday, hen party, family, company).
